Buy an STP. It has more relaxed geometry, so it does abit of everything. But they jump real well. I have had a few.

What is your budget?

I have just put one of the p.3 on order. I cannot explain how fricken awesome they feel. Its fucking amazeballs. The polygon really is bagn for your buck. I have afew mates on polygon collosus DH bikes and they havent had any problems. The mongoose ritual can eat a dick, gayest bike ever. But if cromo is your thing their is an NS metropolis for sale on gumtree for a decent price.

Bang on! I have an original STP-0 they are a great all rounder.
Keep surfing and buy one and you can ride to the beach on it with your board.
