There is a dude on Ebay selling the whole surrounds for $170. I was keen, but reckon he is asking too much.

Shift boot store - RedlineGoods leather shift boots

Have a look at these guys in the US. It may not be genuine but I have used them and you wouldn't tell the difference.

Yeah I'm after the surround called a place in Sydney and they want 190 shipped to Perth which i thought was ridiculous!!
