J-STYLE Real CARBON FIBER GC & GD BONNET DAMPERS/STRUTS
 

Ok guys & gals it's taken me a little while but I'm really happy to now be able to supply these to the PERTH-WRX community with these J-STYLE Carbon Fibre bonnet struts/dampers on an ongoing basis, thanks to everyone who has already bought these and posted pics.

I have a few other goodies that are in the pipeline and they will be put up when everything is sorted
out.


These are brand new gas dampers and have custom machined brackets to fit the specific GC & GD models, however they may also fit Forestor's too but I need volunteers for test fits.

These will come with a *1 year Warranty and have been successfully tested by myself and Tino over the past year and we've never had a problem, they have even held open Tino's bonnet for months on end whilst the engine was out and are the exact same ones used in his FAST 4's pics.


All struts/dampers are filled with long lasting Nitrogen Gas and encased in real 3K Carbon Fibre and the arms are made from highest quality Stainless Steel that gives strength and is heat tested and treated to ensure they don't bend and keep there shape.

The installation is extremely simple and can be done with basic hand tools in under 30mins and I will volunteer to help install them if needed.

Not a problem Wayne - still can't believe that a premium product from Subaru like the Lib GT-B doesn't come with gas struts anyway :confused:

You can use mine if you want to try a Gen 2 Liberty but I think a nutsert would be needed as the guards don't have the same hole pattern as an Impreza.

Cheers mate that would be most welcome, we will test the newer model Libs first then attempt to try all the other year models after that.

I have 2 different length strut/dampers to try so hopefully one of those will fit.

If none fit then I will talk to the factory about getting some Liberty specific ones made up but we'll see if they fit first. :thumbsup:
