also picked up my TS Headers thanks again Wayne and GoPro HD motosport, will need to get coated and PICK A TURBOOOO lol

PS do we re use the old nuts and bolt from stock headers or do we get new ones from the kit coming in 2-3 weeks?

Awesome turnout this morning guys, much appreciated!

Also was good to have a chat with the usual suspects.

I'm glad everyone was happy with the quality of the units and look forward to seeing some install pics.

I don't think I will be doing these in the future as GRIMMSPEED have offered me an awesome deal for their AOS units because I've been supplying their Delete kits and 3port BCS's.

My '99 WRX doesn't have the hardline in front of the intercooler. Where do I connect one hose? Thanks guys.

*edit* Ok, found the location. To say that its inaccessible is an understatement of the century . Problem i've got now is that the hose is too narrow to go on the intake pipe, so need to warm it up and widen it a bit.

Just finished installing the AOS. Thanks Wayne for organizing this GB.

I'm not sure if any GC8s have the hardline in front of the intercooler for head vents but mine didn't which made it a major pain, and also, most of the hoses are so hard, that trying to fit 1/2" joiners was next to impossible.
Here are the changes that I had to the instructions to make it fit on my car:

The crankcase vent to turbo intake inlet hose seems to have been made of plastic (or it just hardened that much in the last 11 years), so fitting the 1/2" coupler barb was not going to happen.
What I did here was just run the heater hose from the crankcase vent directly and put then insert one end of the 1/2" tee to that hose.

The above link has some pictures on where to connect the AOS to on the intake.

What I had to do here is cut this hose about 1.5-2" from the intake and connect it to the heater hose using the 1/2" coupler barb. I had to do it this way as I could not get the heater hose onto the nipple on the intake.
