Ok guys and gals I have secured the supply of SGMotorsports AOS systems for all 2.0lt and 2.5lt Subaru's for supply in WA.

These are no longer sold to the general public through SGMotorsports and are only available now through authorised resellers and I'm lucky enough to be one of them.

They were a great success over in the states so I thought I'd give the forum members a chance to also get a hold of these AOS units at an introductory special PWRX only price.

These will be also sold in group buys on multiple Subaru forums in OZ but I personally
will be providing to PWRX members at a slightly lesser price.

RRP on these in Australia as told to me by the wholesaler is $329aud for the Anodised versions.

However I like giving back and supporting the forum where I can so I've decided to price them at the special price of $270 for these units, OH AND THIS INCLUDES SHIPPING TO PERTH TOO

So I think it's a nice discount and even the famed Grimmspeed units are $340aud which are black painted and the PROVA units are appx $419us which are also painted black, so there is a good difference in price and these SGMotorsports ones do the exact same thing and available in Anodised colours which will be BLACK, RED and BLUE.

Basically to get this price we need between 20-30 orders, so if your keen for one then please put your name down, preferred colour and amount you want eg:

For those of you who aren't familiar with this type of Air/Oil Separator, this pretty much eliminates the need for a catch can by diverting the lines straight to your oil filler neck and prevents potential serious oil loss which would otherwise prove fatal to your engine costing you thousands of dollars in repairs.

This works with your crankcase vent and your valve cover vents.

So if you do any kind of track work or drive your car hard then this is for you.

***What makes this different from the rest? Function, Form and most of all PRICE!***

Function: This AOS has two ports on it. You can set it up to vent your valve covers, and with the use of the supplied Y junction, can also vent your crankcase.

The lower port brings in the vented oil mixed air, it is brought through a lower chamber with six separation holes that force the oil downward back into your oil pan.

The clean air is passed up through a larger center chamber that has an Integrated Oil Mist Screen to assure that no oil returns through the outlet.

This air goes through the upper port and returns to the intake. This makes it virtually maintenance free!

The Inlet and Outlet Chambers are completely separated from each other, and sealed off with O-rings to make sure no oil gets back up into the outlet.

Form: Since all hoses are routed together, this AOS will not block your dipstick, and it provides for a much cleaner install, without hoses appearing cluttered.

This particular AOS unit has its own built-in oil cap, these are removeable by the human hand, there is no need for special tools each time you want to address your oil.

Most people like to check their oil frequently and its hard to do when something is blocking your dipstick, and you have to carry around a spanner just to pull it off like other AOS brands.

The overall height of the AOS body is a very low 1-1/8" high, making sure to provide ample room for your bonnet.

I hope this has given you a bit of insight as to the function of an AOS.

What is the bonnet clearance like? Would there be any issues?

And are they model specific or pretty much universal fit?

I've been informed the Bonnet clearance with these is fine.

All EJ20 and 25 engines but I suppose you could use them on any car
but at your own descresion.

FYI the prova units don't foul, mine had the wrong neck filler fitted when the motor was built.
