I take it you have a wideband gauge hence the controller?
My last ECU (Syvecs) just needed the sensor itself. I'm assuming the V88 is the same as it has a dedicated four pin wideband plug on the board.

No I have the replacement plug & play board (has a narrow band input) - I use An+ & AN- for balanced inputs from my wideband controller.

I have a display as well

Tech Edge's little LCD display

So I've been out over the last few nights doing some road tuning on the Vi-Pec..........

I removed all of the factory boost control (including the pill) & added a MAC 3 port.

I've 3D mapped (RPM v MGP v TPS) the boost control to 20psi...... Not going to get a more solid hold than that

As this is road tuning I'm deliberately leaving it quite rich (10.5 AFR's) on boost.

More logs..........

What's the deal with the prop shaft? Will it be needed for the new diff/box arrangement?

Looking good

Hey Russ - the Box is an '04 Spec C

Suretrac because I'm staying with an R160 for now. I have purchased a VLSD 3.9 r160 to suit the 6 speed & will strip my current 4.44 to hook the Suretrac centre out of it.

Josh: You need an Auto tailshaft because the 6 speed has a different output spline & overall length compared to the 5 speed (and the Auto shaft is a drop in fix).

I think STI did have a R160 plated, but pretty hard to find in the second hand market. I think i saw one on JapanParts.

Other than that, STI R180 plated which is easier to find and still pretty comfy, but definitely hooks up.

Then the more aggressive Cusco RS with is still progressive, but probably more aggressive than the STI stuff and clunky so i read when I was looking at what diff to roll with.
