1.4bar is pretty much standard procedure at ASG.

Why didn't you put that short fat bit (from the afm to the inlet) that you had on?

Nice Ross, looks the goods. Im thinking of getting a PSR silicone intake pipe aswel. Do you need a retune after doing it?

Only problem with those shortram intakes is if water gets in the guard from underneath, it can make your car jerk violently. Heard of people driving through puddles that are not overly big and having this problems.

Haha get out Alex. In guard CAI's are safe enough. All you have to do is miss puddles that you think could probably swallow the car and you'll be right.

It's only 80mm in diameter, V6 sti afm is 90mm....5 ply silicone won't stretch 10mm!

Rhf wheel arch liner and front liner are new, there are no holes in either of them. I'd need to drive through a puddle that's at least as deep as the cars sills or deeper than the top of the front lip....That's not going to happen anytime soon.

It will need a retune. I've dropped the boost to 15psi & pulled 2 degrees of timing to be safe until I can get to asg.

the car comes on harder even with only 15 pounds....it seems cripser comming on boost.

Retune dyno sheet could be interesting.

You should hear the thing......tssssssch!!!!!!!!!

Sure you have the right one, maybe they make one to fit the Z33 afm and you got that one by accident? Mine was bloody tight but I got it on in the end (so hard not to make that into a joke!!)
Yeah no need for an atmo BOV with an in guard ay
