^^whs, as you're only going to look ricetastic with the existing colours, and even more ricetastic if you try and chase the scheme against the rest of the car.

Silver and black fins?, or mayhaps silver and carbon wrap?

So my car is off of the road now.
I would like to change a few things, Motor and Gearbox to start with.
Would just like 200kw and 400nm. Nothing too big but at the same time I would like to make those numbers easily without pushing the motor to its limits.
Car will now only be weekend driven.

Have been looking at short motors and option 1 is a 207 semi closed deck block, proven to be reliable and around 3k delivered to my door.
Option 2 is a built short motor by Possum Bourne Motorsports. 2.2 litre closed deck block with CP pistons, rods and forged crank all ready to go for 4K.

I would like to stay with a twinscroll and a topmount setup.
My current motor is reserved and gearbox up for sale.
Im not all that sure what to do but i want to do this once and do it right.

What block do they build off from PBM? Also good luck with your build regardless of choice. I had the option of a motorsport company going to town on my existing motor (through a family friend) but was informed that the starting point wasn't exactly designed to be pushed so hard. Hence going with a 207.

if you want reliability and to achieve those numbers easily, I would go with what is tried and proven. No point re-inventing the wheel if you are just chasing mild power. EJ207FTW
