id say it is, the front of my car got reversed into and its just a dented bumber and bonnet. that was 3k damage.

What happened ? easily 7-9 K dude.

was doing a u-turn in a quiet back street.. then soon as i can around, an unlicensed aboriginal came speeding down, cleaned my front bumper, crushed front right headlight in, bonnet, fenders... any way he was doing well over 70-80k's in a 50 zone, he locked up left a huge skid and smoke from the tyres, he threatened me, ask me for 2 grand cash, then mofo's drove off

if its bent the box subframe then it'll be a writeoff.
