Default My GC8 Daily

I love cars, i always have and think i always will. Wether it be Japanese or euro and even a lot of Aussie stuff floats my boat.

I worked for auto classic for 3yrs selling New BMW's. (awesome job).

Now im at uni (Civil Eng, Curtin) and working for a Civil Structural Engineering firm in Myaree.

Cars:

95 Nissan Skyline. 507rwhp. few pics in the other thread.

NEW CAR.

Clearly a 1999 GC8

As most of you know this was advertised 'for sale' on this forum.

the car has come with

Apexi power fc & Z32 AFM <- NISSAN PART

Ej207 forged sti block, bored out .5mm
Cosworth main & rod bearings & head gaskets
Wiseco forged pistons
Arp head studs
Vf 23 turbo @ 12psi
Gd sti top mount intercooler
Silicon piping
4.11 gear box + diffs
King lowering springs
Lenso 18" rims

It also came with 1 key, a1 locksmiths ($140)
shot brakes
stuffed suspension

body of the car is in pretty average condition and the interior needs a good clean and i will be chasing a few interior pieces, but have no fear i will bring this car back as i think its got lots of potential.

I will try to document as much of the car as possible.

So far i have bought

HKS cat back (i dont think this cooled down off Sayers WRX when i got it.)

tuned length manifolds (need CIC treatment) Thanks Robin from gibbo's on south Street (wrxfiend

HR 50mm HSD's from Joe, thank mate, guys he is a legend .

New rotors and pads all round (Bart, south west Brakes )

and

and

Well impressed with this forum.

Joe thanks again for all your help.

tristan.

Nice car mate! It's been around PWRX for a while now. Saw it at Curtin the other day and it's still looking good. Nice purchase!

Just coz your forum is a "reported attack site"...

Looks good mate. Sounds like you've got a good base to start on, and some nice plans for it.

I'll be following with interest and you're not wrong about the catback. It only came off my car that afternoon!
