Dyno tune is charged at an hourly rate. Meaning, the less time it takes the cheaper it will be.
Road tuning without a touch up tune on the dyno is not a good idea.

im on stock turbo with a few minor mods, but my car mis running rich as all hell, start her up and she chokes me most of the time, should i opt for a dyno tune or road tune to fix this, orrrr...

do a couple more mods, stick with it running rich for a bit and then get it dyno tuned?

mine runs fine on 10psi and 14psi no probs at all....
But in saying that i had my S15 tune a few years back with stock T28 and a trust FMIC to 12psi and picked up close to 100hp with tune...
Im gonna be changing turbos so for me tunning with stock turbo is a waste of money...
Maybe check your AFM that maybe your problem...
Im running a dry air filter to avoid the problems that K&N filter cause when they get over oiled..
