So - cars been giving me grief.

Did the usual - plugs, afm, ecu reset, ecu swap, fuel filter, lambada road test to ensure it had fuel under load etc.

Finally ended up being the coils.. so we aimed to swap them Monday night

Anyhow, Bosch Coil conversion did not occur on Monday night.

It happened Tuesday afternoon.. and I picked the car up at 4.

Went directly to Barbagallo for a the Antilag Time Attack Night. First time I have competed in legal CAMS sanctioned motorsport since late 2007...

For a reference my black lib -

1260kg, 200kw atw, 4 pots - 62.2 on street tyres.

I was tentative to begin with, a combo of nerves and the long time between drinks.
Found a new issue to deal with - through the sweeping uphill lefthander the car was surging badly. Slowly got my bravery and line picking up.

Even with the surging, which was costing me a good second......

Stock Turbo/Ecu with mild mods - so maybe 140kw atw, 1350kg, 2 pots,

61.8 on street tyres - absolutely fucking stoked. Without the surge I have no doubt it would be into the 60's. I won 4wd Street Tyre Class too

Next stop is a surge tank/similar solution, and a better preperation, and see what time it delivers before I go adding power. No time to play with suspension settings or the like.

I wasn't on that list at the time because that was taken when my times weren't even on the chart

I moved up that list later in the night.. brakes fared a lot better when I started hitting the brake points better, late braking wasn't agreeing with the fluid I had in there! Got them glowing too which was awesome
