1:24's aren't too bad for a first time at midvale.
I ran the arvo session and started on a 1:27 and I'm not sure I managed as quick as a '24. I would have loved a couple of '24s.

Did you find midvale was a lot tighter than expected?
I was surprised how much tighter it was compared to other venues.

Yeah I had never been there before and was very surprised at how tight it was. Not a lot of margin for error.

Last night I had my first outing with No Limits Car Club. This was also my first time having a go around Barbagello.

My first run on the long track in the dark was interesting. Going over that hill and into the pitch black, not being able to see the turn, was a bit daunting. That first run made me realise how much I still have to learn about driving my car fast.

However, the instructors, especially Franz and Shaun, were fantastic and I learnt heaps.

Each lap my times got faster and I ended with a 1:29.8 on the long track and a 1:06.7 on the short track.

I can't wait to get back out there on Saturday with the WRXWA club.

Here are my times:

Long Track:
1:52.04
1:47.56
1:29.81

Short Track:
1:12.10
1:11.55
1:10.82
1:08.50
1:07.72
1:06.72
