also Wats your opinions on wheels? 8.5 or 9 on a gc and what offset, i dont want too drastic was thinking +44???

Personally TJ... Supercar or not... I'd take the WRX over the S15 7 days out of 7 for driving on the road...

KB - definitely go the 8" or 8.5"... I don't think they do the higher offsets in the 9" anyway, but even if they do, you are going to be pushing the limits with the skinnier wheel as it is!

Good luck getting an 8.5" or 9" on a GC without serious mods or big spacers and stupid fitment. 7.5" or 8" is already a very tight fit.
