Took the turbo off and replaced gasket as we'll only to find the bottom up pipe is still leaking, changed gasket again - still leaking!!
Filled with goop for now but I would say the flange is warped so needs machining or replacing

So where is a good place to buy headers from that is not the same as prospeed ones?? I will get unequal length again but will get them treated before they go on.
All the flanges are warped so a new set is the easiest solution.

I will drop the whole exhaust at this point and check the cat etc

Norm doesn't do headers (for Subaru's)- well not in my memory over the last 20 years
