Where was the rust?

Windscreen top right if you were looking out of it.

Like I said nothing serious, but was good to get to it and sort it.

just surface rust?
i think i have a similar bit on the bottom windscreen looking in (under boot seal) so hopefully it wont be too costly to fix...
also am looking at some rota's (bang for $ they can't be beaten) for my gc8, would you recomend the 8.5's or will going for 8's make life easier?

8's will make life easier because they are smaller naturally, but these appear that they will fit fine.

Im not the expert but there was enough for the panel beater to mention that it was found and fixed.

Got any pics of the prep work? any plans on engine mods.. Sti TMIC and a VF43 would be a nice upgrade.

Yeah I will get some up next weekend.

Engine mods will probably be limited for the time being. Having said that I probably have a VF34 and injectors coming shortly.
