Also a safety issue at construction sites, consider red wheel like wearing an orange safety vest on site... or having reflective taping down your car... BHP approved.

So has it worked yet? Have you embarrassed enough people into taking their flaps off so you can pick them up cheap, one set of red and one set of black depending on your mood
