If you're going fast enough to understeer off the road on a damp road, you are going too fast.

New unpainted boot from Subaru hole less is ~570 as my car just got a new biot and bumper that plus paint.

If you have better handling setup you can get through a corner at higher speed before it understeers into the tree creating a ball of fire.
