Craig, Neil has a good point. If you can be arsed, drain the rear diff oil & count the teeth, find out what ratio it is & go from there. Or, you know what ratio your gearbox is (4.11), get a known 4.11 LSD diff, swap it over and try again on the dyno. I am happy to help swap the diff over if you need a hand?

The box is a 4.11, get a correct 4.11 diff and swap it over. 30 min job, get it back on the dyno

I was going to try the 3rd gear take off seeing I have the bat man outfit. Its the one you borrowed from me last week. Geoff borrowed it a few weeks before, but as you know he is half asian and 5 foot 2 so he had to roll the arms and legs up.

So do I have to change the whole rear drive or just the diff? Will drain and count cogs tomorrow night.
