That's the same bonnet shape as she already has. I think she's talking about the newer style bonnet to suit the straight intercooler rather than the angled intercooler the V1-2 bonnet suits.

I don't know what I'm talking about because I actually want to have the same if not similar design of the bonnet but a lighter version of mine because I like the style of the vents rather than the later years style. So the one fats has is what I need but I just wish it was in red or at least black to match my other panels.

I want to get the whole car resprayed soon anyway so I don't want to have one panel here and there painted now and have a slight difference in colour when the rest of the car is done.

Just leave it until such time as the whole car gets resprayed? It already looks like a "bitsa" as it is.

Alternatively, trust whatever painter you choose to colour match? That's what they're paid to do...

No point painting anything if you're going to get the car resprayed.

Also eta to alcantara interior?

I have an alloy bonnet that will fit, but it's also blue.

that is what I'm trying to say, I won't bother getting it resprayed until I have everything I need ie. front lip, side skirts, bonnet and then get it done all at once because I will notice any colour difference if it is done in sections.

for fuck sake......... I don't want the car to look like shit when I compete in racewars thats the issue, I was going to try and organise to get it resprayed once I got it back from the workshop but that hasn't gone to plan so I don't have enough time to get the parts I need and have the body straightened and resprayed before the event now.

I don't want to have a mismatched car with red, blue and black panels when I compete so I will try and find a red alloy bonnet if I can and I will also swap back my damaged front guards so at least from a distance my car will look like one colour and no one would mistake it for the piece of fucking shit that it is.
