Sad to say good estimate.

New numbers will be posted when I get a clear enough copy of a graph to read.

Install list
Evil hybrid VF34, from Gav twin scroll, new rear P18 housing but also has a larger wheel.
Silicon intake
Link ECU
Exedy HD stage 1 clutch
DW fuel pump
whiteline sway bars
HID
new coil over struts due to stupid council and shit roads.

I haven't had much of a chance to give it a spirited run but it feels good around the round-a-bouts at a bit of speed. Sits nice and flat

I think the new clutch will take some bedding in and getting used to but the car feels a lot smoother now than before and sounds one hell of a lot deeper.

The info from Mao, less boost 1.45bar down from 1.6 but have maxed out the injectors.

What makes you happy enough to stop the mods??

Issues now;
DCCD light flashing, sensor somewhere gone, Mao thinking wheel speed but will check it out soon, Wheel rubbing on the rear guard now, thing ride height change, camber, alignment, Mao checking out Saturday.

It's funny how 'as you said' it feels slower now, that is due to the smoother graph. The bigger turbo will take less effort to get going!

I do recall saying to you that your injectors would struggle

That turbo in twin scroll guise made 318hp and 438nm of torque, so there is more in it!

returned car to Mao, gave him one more week to fix wheel alignment/height to stop the rubbing and to fix DCCD code error.

Got the car back rear not rubbing any more,

BUT

DCCD not looked at

and now fuel gauge not working right.

Fill the car up and gauge says empty, drove it for a bit looked like the gauge started working again, but after about 400km gauge shows ive still got a quarter of a tank left. I know this isn't right it used to start flashing at about 380, so i thought better fill her up, 47 liters go in.

They did install a new fuel pump but Mao said this would not have affected the gauge/sender, thoughts?

Normally I would recommend taking the car back to the garage that did the work but on this occasion I will refrain.

Saw this car the other night, i really like the wheels, really stands out..

In regards to the clutch, I am pretty sure you have the same problem as I do, as i also have an 'exedy stage 1 organic clutch'..

Mao advertises these clutches as being great for everyday driving with the occasional skidpan etc.

I recently found this chart.

Selection Guide ? EXEDY No.1 for Clutch

Which pretty much says that the 'sports tuff heavy duty' would be the best for everyday driving with the occasional skidpan etc... While the 'exedy stage 1 organic clutch' is more so used for racing.

When i spoke to mao about the shuddering, and basically having to take of quicker to eliminate it, I was told that it is normal because it is a 'heavy duty clutch', yet I have driven other cars with heavy duty clutches and no shuddering whatsoever..

In saying that, i have noticed that the shuddering has subsided, but i think I have just adjusted my taking off technique. If anybody else drives my car the but i shuddering is still there.
