Didn't get plugs changed while it was in there did you?
Had a similar issue with mine that turned out to be the bosch plugs I put in. Fitted NGKs and its been happy days since.

yeah, as i mentioned yesterday mate, plugs would be the 1st thing to check i recon

I thought any exhaust change that increased flow would increase boost and possibly lead to boost cut/spiking ?

Give car with oil leaks - engine bay oily

As a matter of process - wash engine bay with pressure washer etc

Wet plug seems likely - started to clear out a little so see what some more driving does.

But it feels .. good

Already had full 3 inch turbo back - headers wont have changed flow that much.

Im just going to quote this.

Drop car off to do plugs/leads/check to ensure nothing was missed putting it back together.

As I am walking out "oh I dont know if we told you, but you had a collapsed cat so we punched it out"

hmmm... Well I dont care about hippies and tree's so that isnt an issue. But it could possibly explain the massive change in how the car behaves. Im going to almost bet that the plugs and leads dont fix it, and it is now hitting boost cut.

Which means I will need an EBC.
