Got a set of White LED's for the map lights, centre light, boot and licence plate. hopefully look abit better than that cheap yellow.
Also had some spare time today so went out and took some snaps. Im really not that great with my camera yet so out of 50 or so these are the ones I actually think look okay. Its really hard taking photos of a white car in direct sunlight. it always look over exposed whilst the rest doesn't haha.

Today myself and a mate cruised down to Busso to pick him up a nice slr replica. On the way down was in 4th gear and put my foot into it to over take a truck. Everything was going well then bang, Fuel cut.... And a nice CEL to go along with it. Pulled over for lunch shortly after and when i go back to the car the CEL had dissapeared, just like last time. On the way home in 5th gear got the same thing, engine cut followed by a cel. What i noticed is that in the 4-6th when flooring it from cruising i will hit full boost at 3k rpm. And by 3.5-4k its well into the 1.6bar. Its tuned for 1.4bar. I havnt got the codes yet but im fairly certian im hitting boost cut. I have an apexi 2-port with some apexi boost control gadget in the cab. The controller is set to 1.4bar at 3500rpm and duty cycle at 68% at 3500rpm. I have no idea what the later means. In thinking about fucking it off and installing a grimmspeed 3-port and redoing all the shit house work done by the original owner.

I have boost spike too with gs 3 port solinoid around 4k rpm. My bet would be knocking (error code would be cylinder misfire, which goes off by itself)). Ecu is using countermeasures(boost cut) to avoid knocking. I had similar thing happened to me on dyno, but never happened again after warick change the boost vs intake temp table, retard timing on each temp range.
With boost spiking, warick decreased waste gate initial value to counter the early opening. Mao told me complete solution would be 3port electronic boost controller or a bigger canister for the turbo(?). But 1.4bar isnt too bad for stock engine anyway. Maybe keep ur boost controller and try to adjust it. I made 278whp with 1.2 bar boost spiking to 1.4bar. Just try to help. using the Perth-WRX mobile app

I had the same problem too tony when I got mine.. as above sensei warick fixed mine too.. was same issue as mentioned. never happened since (least year n a half of hard floggings)
