As requested..

Went on a bit of a shopping spree comprising of the following:
Blouch 1.5xtr 8cm turbo
Pierburg 3 port solenoid
PSR silicon inlet
Process West TMIC
ID1000cc injectors
DW65C pump

Installed everything bar the injectors in my garage. Here's a pic of the old turbo sitting next to the new one.

Part way through turbo install

All ready to go for tuning

After a week of sitting at ASG with immobiliser/security issues it was put on the dyno and tuned on e85.

Made an awesome 325hp/456nm at the hubs!

12.65 1/4 mile run

Video of above run

Needless to say, very happy with things at the moment. Next upgrades will be handling related.

Looks good, install everything yourself?

How was the silicone inlet to install :P

Desperate for e85 for mine, rexnet is just abysmal and I can't buy the ECU on there...

How does she drive off boost? Lot more low down torque?

Installed everything except for the injectors. Silicon inlet still haunts me in my sleep, worst part of the whole thing

The whole dynamic of the car changed as you would have expected with all those upgrades. I can't say I feel a lot more torque down low because the TD04 used to spool at 2800rpm which gave me early torque but ran out of puff. I've never run this setup on 98.

Feels good out of boost, plenty to put around in but 3500rpm+ is where it all comes to life.

Well done mate!! Great mods and time! Decent 60 footer too. Much left in it though? Should be a bit closer to low 12's i would think?

Thanks Russ! Yes there will be more in it, the clutch wasn't holding the power at all (I only just made it home with all the slipping) so I need to go back soon.

Not scared of the 5 speed *famous last words*

It's in progress now howlfactor, I've had a howler of a last couple of months and was unfortunate enough to find somebody had reversed into my backend while I was in a carpark so this is being fixed as well. Will be worth it when it's back like new again.

Was just going to keep it to myself to save the violin playing, but there you go
