Default MY07 WRX Tuned by STi

Hey guys,

so as fate has it im back in a wrx after 4 years of missing one and i was lucky enough to find a rare specimen #5/200 Tuned by Sti's 2007 My07 with only 78000kms on the clock and absolutely no engine/exhaust mods.

the front bumper was damaged so the previous owner installed a front bumper aftermarket which i dont mind for now, i would have preffered the stock but i think it still looks good. the rims have taken a beating but they'll get the flick once i have some spare cash for a set i like, still undecided but im taking my time to enjoy this lovely specimen for the time being before thinking about mods etc.

well i guess thats all for now......its great to be back and i look forward to a cruise with you all when i get the chance next.

heres some pics only ones i have are from carsales but i will take some good ones soon i promise

Good stuff. Front bar isn't to my taste but certainly better than your previous one :P
Looking forward to seeing it progress.

So with no money to purchase rims atm and my rims needing some repairs i decided to plasti dip them until such time as i can either repair or replace them and i went with something a little different to the normal black on black…..i felt like experimenting and then i decided to do the same to the centre console.

i know lots of you will hate but its plasti dip so meh.

I like the rims as the red 'pops' against the black. On the fence if I prefer them stock or plasti dipped though.

Personally, I like a basic plain interior and would have kept it black, however looking at the photos, the finish looks good.

How much did you pay for the plasti dip and where did you get it from?

Thanks man yeah i wanted all black interior but i had a spare can of dip laying around so thought why the hell not haha.

go to any auto store repco super cheap etc i got it at $20 a can and i used 1 and a 1/4 cans on the rims and probably 1/4 can on the interior. the red came out really nice against the interior i was going to just leave it for a week or so till i could find black can (as they were all out when i looked) but i actually really like it now.

Having some clutch issues I believe....haven't had it looked at as I can't afford to fix it yet but the car seems to slip Into neautral when I accelerate rapidly and on one occasion I could even smell burnt clutch. So I'll be needing a new clutch I imagine 😔 Any suggestions would be great.

I spent today re spraying my wheels and updating the plasti dip on the centre console. I got a little sick of the red so went black on black 😏👌🏻
