Very snug fit. There is usually plenty of swearing with inlet pipes

I believe the torque specs on the up-pipe are 26ft-lbs at both ends (headers & turbo) and turbo to downpipe is 27ft-lbs.

Bit of an update - I got a call about the car today and the big end bearing went pop. Not ideal but I guess these things happen

Yeah it should be good. I've got time to figure out what I want to do with it so I can save some dollars while I suss it all out

So I've had some time to have a little think about what I'm gonna do and I've come up with 3 options... cut my losses and part it out, put in a built / forged 205 bottom end or a brand new 207 bottom end. I'm hoping not to spend any more than 6 grand on it if I choose to go ahead and rebuild it but at the moment I feel that these 3 options are amongst the best I have at the moment. Anyone care to cash in on some thoughts?

New 207 short block, refresh heads as required, Bolt together and enjoy. That would be the direction I take.
