Different wastegate actuator on the new turbo is 1 bar(stronger spring). Which means the boost controller is going to be set up completely differently than when it was running the TD04 with a 6-7psi spring.

Weak spring = higher wastegate solenoid duty cycle to hold boost
stronger spring = lower w/g solenoid duty to hold boost
