You need to tune the power fc by scaling both the
Maf voltages & the injector correction map.
You cannot tune by rescaling the
maf voltatges/airflow alone.....It's not an SAFC after all.
The base maps are just that - a base to build your tune on.
That map of yours is rich everywhere.

Your low load (over run) should drop back to the lowest load cells like in my logs.
Your idle load should drop into P2/P3.....
