How is this not even covered under standard warranty? or Statutory warranty? Unless it is a commercial, they MUST give you a stat warranty which is for (I think) 90 days. If you have already paid, too bad. If you haven't tell them to fix the fuckn thing or drive the car through the front window of their showroom.

i love their warranty on new falcons and commodores the super premium covered for 5 years same as factory warranty. im sure i read about this somewhere once upon a time under the subject business ethics.

i would expect this from dodgy joe the car salesman (sorry joe) but an ASX listed company seriously.

defintely should be covered under stat warranty. 90 days from purchase. But is not covered by harrier. If you ask they should be able to show a list of whats covered by that.

Those super dooper extra warranty's are not even worth the ink it's printed with.

They only cover minor things and if it's major they will only cover the first few hundred if in fact it's on their so called eligible repair list to start with.

I had same thing with subaru when i bought my 2000 model going back about 3 years ago... they never got rid of a miss it had when it went on boost... tried charging me for new leads... this was like 2 weeks after sale... Warranty plus any car yard these days just means bs bs bs.
