To the woman in the piece of crap Barina that thinks the solid white line at an intersection doesn't mean anything - well it does. It means don't cross it. Your follow up of giving me the bird after I had to emergency brake for your illegal lane change at the lights was even poorer. So was the continuing abuse, which by the way "I can't hear you", with the multiple "birds" with both hands off the steering wheel.

To the guy in the Holden Captiva that thinks driving with the phone against your ear, no indication of a lane change, and multiple lanes' changes is cool - it's not. I think the two people you cut off agree with me as well. Running the red light light, phone still on your ear, was just the icing on the cake (NOT).

It's getting to the point I want to install a video camera - then I'll just drive to the police station, hand over the vision and come down and watch them explain their S&%$ driving to a judge.



To think that was all in less than 1 Km of driving.

I'm tired of getting abuse for observing speed limits, stopping at red lights etc Silly me for doing the right thing.

People are less likely now to stop to assist in cases of accidents due to possible lawsuits brought against them.. sue you for damages even when you clearly had good intentions. Trust me there are people out there like that who'd do anything for money.

My understanding is that if you have a Senior First Aid and above qualification that NOT STOPPING can lead to a charge of "failure to render medical assistance".

As far as I know that's not true, you still have discretion if you choose render assistance. Most people who's taken the time and showed the interest enough to get a senior fist aid certificate would stop and render assistance.

I recon a senior first aid certificate should be part of year 10 schooling.

Urban legend stuff is all I hear about that.

Senior First Aid is a 1-2 day course. It doesn't make you a doctor to help all the time.

A doctor doesn't even have to help at the scene of an accident from what I have been told. Ambulance officers even threatened to leave because my Dad and I told them to help my mum instead of piss farting about when she was lying screaming in pain after an accident. So no chance of a First Aider being sued for not rendering assistance.

Also you cant get sued for rendering assistance and causing more problems. Unless you stab them or something stupid. If they tried suing the judge would throw it out. We livein australia not america.
