They're probably just putting the slips in the mailbox as they are subcontractor drivers.

This way they can get their stats' up and do one bulk drive back to base with undelivered mail.

Still no excuse, ever tried Australian Air Express?

It was $395 for the Citiz with Milk model (rrp $499). Myer have 20% off sales on these from time to time so you can walk in and walk out with one for $399. Have also seen a recent ad from the good guys for $429 - less for cash, so who knows what's possible?

I pulled the trigger because I have wanted one for ages, but no sales were on.

P.s. It's awesome. Perfect coffee every time. (for my tastes anyway)

You are probably right. But yeah, no excuse.

Have had stuff delivered by AAE a few times - no complaints from me on their service.

Mate Can i Ask why would you buy a fridge online ? I would imagine the price wouldn't be that good compared to walking in to Harvey Norman or good guys and playing the cash deal game. Plus being able to look and see the goods in person. ?

Much cheaper online. I've bought white goods off interweb before and saved a few $$. HN also do price matching with the net as well.

Agreed. I found a price online and no one would go near it. Really did not want to buy it online though for obvious reasons and it took three goes at Rick Hart to get them to agree.

My post got a reply from an Appliances Online employee. To be fair, it's a nice reply, but still too late for me I'm afraid. Won't be dealing with them again.

P.s. When I'm not too lazy to get off my ass and do the rounds, I have found that HN are generally pretty good at matching online deals and other people's receipts. =)
