I've said it before and I'll say it again. People that slow down to look at an accident on the freeway!!!

Driving down mitchell northbound and between vincent st and hutton st, traffic was at a standstill. I was in the far right lane, and I came to a complete stop at least five times, and was driving at around 15km/hr when moving... at 3pm, I was thinking what the f*ck is with the traffic...

Then I see flashing lights ahead... ONE cop car and ONE car on the side of the road with little to no damage.... the second everyone passed it, speed went back to normal...

ARGH!!!
