If one was to say inspectors are usually around 6am-7pm you could formulate a plan from that.

sucks....CSB: dropped my old school Nokia off a 2nd story balcony onto concrete and into a kids pool, dried it out, worked perfectly...don't make them how they used too eh?

In the last 3 months -

Get out of car at work - phone slips out pocket and hits ground. Back screen smashed. Apple store replace it same day free of charge.

Drop phone in water - apple store give me a brand new phone free of charge 3 hours after I did it

Software update fails and sticks in dfu mode - free phone the next morning as it happened late Sat.

Id be epically angry, but you have to thank Apples customer service !
