I have my ways...

Car came with a lot of stuff, plus had some things laying about. Couple of birthday/christmas presents, you get the idea.

Oh I get it you included the cost price.

Bought the car for $7.5k (I know, hindsight) with ~$2000 in mods. Have put an additional $8k's worth on the car since purchasing.

And I know putting $10k worth of mods on a car doesn't mean it's worth $10k more when it comes time to sell, but if I have an accident and they essentially only give me a stock Impreza back it's gonna cost me $10k to get it back to how I had it paying the same prices for the stuff I paid, plus retail prices on the stuff I didn't pay (like the Recaro seat I had laying about which retails for ~$1500 with the seat rail).
