Putting a decent effort into cooking a fancy dinner and having your housemate all but refuse to eat it.

Somehow happens every time I cook something decent. Cook a 5 minute curry/stirfry/pasta and she'll eat enough to feed half of ethiopia! Put a decent effort into something like a roast, rack of lamb or fish cakes and she just eats bread instead.

hrrg.

There seems to be a common denominator in the above scenario...

You want to spit roast your house mate by making fancy meals?

Get some cheap wine instead

Pics of housemate? Then we can decide whether you should be cooking for her at all.

It shits me having to spend $1275 on a new clutch.

Its a good thing "car has 200'000kms on the clock" but FFS it died 4 days after I got the car.. WTF is with that!

Could have got a nice TBE with this money. Grrrrr.....
