its alot worse when you are loading up your removal truck you've hired for 3 days & get the phonecall that is not going through....

... then you spend the next 2 weeks of your holidays waiting for it, only for it to go through on the last day

then the wankers you sold your house to charge you 2k for the delay in settlement, even though its all your settlement agents fuckup... grrr

that was all a year ago and mostly forgotten about, but i will still continue to tell everyone NOT USE EVOLUTION SETTLEMENTS

Your recommendation was the reason i didn't use them

We went with Focus Settlements in the end. They have been great.. right up until they spelt my wife's name wrong on 1 page of a document. It happens tho, i've calmed down a bit now, and hopefully we'll still get settlement done today/tomorrow so we can get the mortgage on the new place started!!! we have to have that settled in December so its all very tight.

sweet, ours had to happen on the same day, the only reason ours went to shit was because she had us settling on the new place 1/2 hr before our old place settled instead of the other way around so we obviously had the cash from the sale of our place - I picked this up on the initial day off settlement when i called to find out when we could pick our new keys up... then the fun and games began
