Lending your bf money to buy a 6 speed gearbox. Bf getting sold a dodgy gearbox. Bf finds another new gearbox overeast. Courier company taking forever to send gearbox over. Gearbox arrives at Stechnic and bf receives a phonecall from them saying that said new gearbox appears to have been dropped in transit and is completely rooted! Fark No dak dak loving for a while.

I've got a consultation booked with Evan Kakulas on Monday afternoon. I will require surgery and need to know what I'm going to be up for price wise and recovery wise. Brett Allan and Evan Kakulas were the two that were recommended to me.

Just the top jaw I think, I have a Malocclusion, Open bite and asymmetrical jaw. Have you been through this kind of surgery?

I am 6 weeks out of lower jaw surgery. Having been eating relatively normal. I had a 'big' 11mm movement. Very happy with it. PM if you want more details.

That sucks Sarah - that is also two gearboxes I know of destroyed in transit this year.
