A full licence holder can - but then they have the option to serve double or nothing or take a 3 month suspension

Hmmm.

My license search shows 4 Point liability & 4 unallocated.. =8
Rachs says 5 point liability & 5 unallocated. = 10

?

Both of us are full license holders.
