I don't understand why everybody is being so hostile... the guy is just voicing his opinion and doing the right thing (In his mind) by warning us... I do agree that nothing will be any different however.

These laws seem the same vein as those property confiscation laws designed to get the "Mr Bigs" of the drug world.

Newspaper has been full of property being confiscated from those types lately

Another erosion of civil liberties . . . anyone heard of entrapment? Those arguing that it's all OK would be the same that argued that the laws imposed after Sept 11th in the USA were all fine and dandy because "I'm not a terrorist . . . "

I believe that the rights of an individual come above the rights of the state and every law in this vain erodes that position.

^^What he said. I'm guessing that a lot of the people who get done for racing don't require a lot of 'baiting' to get them to spin their tyres. I think its up to the person to take responsibility for whatever action they choose to decide upon. If they bait you and you dont race them, what's the problem?
