I was looking for a car, found one and decided to sign "Subject To Approval" form, now i figured out they are ripping me off, so today i spoke to them and no longer want to go through them, but they are telling me i signed the form, im stuck with the purchase now, i havnt signed any other paperwork, and finance has been approved.

Am i really stuck with them?
Have i got the right to bail?

I know there is a dealer salesman on here, your help would be much appreciated.
BTW the car is a Nissan Dualis 2011 ST, HELP asap plz as they reckon if i dont sort of ma s*&t soon they'll take action

can't help with your situation but we have a 2010 duallis ti cvt auto, it is orite but has no guts

nice looking car just wish that the diesel was released here...

you should be fine to bail i would say just say you lost your job or some shit...

i was getting a bargain when i was trading my car, but i sold my car now, and relized im paying full wack for the new car, and they say their finance application fee is 1g, finance is no problem i can go elsewhere get the money but im pissed that im paying full price for the car, im sure no1 out there pays full wack

Did you sign up pending finance or pending finance and deciding you didn't like price?

I am sure you got given a price before you signed. It is a legally binding document if I recall.

TJ is correct, if the finance clause has been satisfied then the only out of the deal is to pay 15% of the contract amount, i am pretty sure that they won't have ripped you off as a car can't be sold over the $RRP (excluding extras) or the pinky price if it is second hand!

Sounds more like buyers remorse to me!

i signed Subject To Approval Form only, and the negotiation was Car with a trade in, but ive sold the trade in, so now its cash plus finance, if you ask me thats a different scenario

Did you get thier permission to sell the trade?

Did you sell the car for more than it was going to be traded for?

As it stands i don't really see a problem sorry!
