Thats fucked craig, when i finished my 4yr apprenticeship, got a payrise from 16-24/hr. But my 2 subsquent payrises after being there for 7yrs didnt equal even an extra dollar an hr.

If shes good at what she does she will get a better job.
Maybe get her to stick with where she is, but start making enquires with the places she would like to work & go see and chat with them.

Might not get her a job tomorrow but at least her name is out there.
