Its not cost effective at all. My landlord built a car park under a new commercial building 18months ago. Building cost $6m, $2m of that was the car park (about 20 bays). Many years before you can offset that with parking fees...

It should be treated like a bridge that will actually pay them back. Yes it might cost 5m to build a 3 story carpark at edgewater (for exanple) they should just fucking build it, just like they need to build an overpass or new road. At least a carpark will pay them back and think of all the extra revenue from all the extra people catching the trains!

Same deal 40 mins to freeway then another 20 mins dawdling at 30-60km/h along said Fwy until well past Armadale Rd. WTF?

Well before peak hour, no accidents no major reason for delay except- Numpties don't know how to merge!
