I'm on day 7 myself :-( farked!

I has to race home from work yesterday cos I didn't fancy spraying whilst there are colleagues in the stall next to me! Haha

dislocating my shoulder at work during lunchtime Corporate Sports. So much pain.. Put it back in myself, but the pain hasn't gone away.... definitely not playing tomorrow

Never had it as an injury but lots of guys I know with a dodgy shoulder with would put it back in then feel a lot better, hope you haven't jammed something in the socket.

Yeah a mate of mine used to play rugby and probably dislocated it every few weeks, he'd just slam it into a goal post and keep going........hard little bastard for a 17yo lol.
