Are you saying its not a bad section of road? It's consistently listed in the top 10 worst intersections in Perth and has seen numerous accidents over the years.

From City of Stirling council minutes.

Background
The intersection of Beaufort Street and Walcott Street in Mt Lawley has been the subject of numerous complaints and concerns over many years from motorists, local residents and surrounding business owners. These concerns relate to the frequency and severity of crashes and the delays, queues and congestion experienced at this location, particularly during peak periods.

The intersection is located on the municipal boundary of the City of Stirling and the City of Vincent, and the responsibility for any modifications or remedial treatment is shared by both Councils.

Crash statistics for the five (5) year period between January 2007 and December 2011 indicate that there have been 152 crashes at this intersection totalling more than $6.6 million in damages. This includes:

70 rear end crashes, 29 right turn though crashes and 31 sideswipe crashes;
Three (3) crashes involving pedestrian and cyclists;
57 night time crashes and 19 wet weather crashes; and
17 casualty crashes (requiring hospitalisation or medical treatment).

Recent traffic count surveys indicate that the intersection is used by more than 42,000 vehicles per day, which does result in reasonable congestion levels, particularly during the morning and evening peak periods.

That sounds like a shit section of road to me.

I was referring to "one of the worst" in Perth. It's bad, but there are far worse

VW owner was definitely a douchebag retard.
This wasn't a parking spot and the yellow pole next to car had the 'no standing' sign on.
He still parked there right next to the sign and also in the process halfway in the bay behind him so that no other car could park there.

edit: Agreed that council still a bit retarded, could have at least made motorcycle bays if it wasn't big enough for a car with the crossing there just to prevent stuff like this

People in the cue at the scanner at the airport. They wait till they get to the front of the cue to start taking their laptop out of their bag, and their wallet out etc.

Get your shit organised you morons and no it is not funny when you have to go through 4 times progressively taking off more and more jewellery because you are clearly wearing every bit of cheap jewellery you own.

Worst are the miners with their steep capped boots on, so they decide to sit on the floor and take them off at the scanner.

Thats why you need to do a public service and educate them on buying the boots with the easy on/off zip on the side
