Firstly not receiving any notification from them regarding a delivery being made to me, and secondly for trying to tell me that from the 23rd to the 30th is considered normal for overnight express delivery. That explains why they blamed a train derailment over 4 weeks ago as to the delay. I've had tyres turn up from the states in less time than this.

There was a decent derailment that disrupted a east-to-west line, so they actually could be telling the truth.

I am using (by using I mean the distributor / seller is using) Hunter Express which are a large QLD based company whom do a decent chunk of freight into Perth. The expected delivery is 3-5 days vis road freight so we will see how accurate that is
