Been getting this on the freeway a lot lately. I came up behind a falcon the other day sitting in the right hand lane, who wouldn't move out the way even though there was a big train of cars behind. Stayed behind him for a few mins, didn't get the picture, so flashed my lights, he jammed on his brakes. Fking idiot.

Also at the front of a dual turning lane the other day, waiting for lights to go green, motor bike lane splits to the front, which is fine. Then takes off slowly into my lane and deliberately does 10km/h under the speed limit, all the time whilst looking in his mirrors at me.

Not sure why people deliberately drive like tools to annoy other people. I never tailgate anyone, pretty respectful on the road, maybe people just think I'm a hoon coz I'm in a modified car and try piss me off.

In other states there is a specific law about "brake checking".

The amount of people that seem to be doing the deliberate action of right lane hogging whilst driving under the limit seems to be increasing. It's seriously time for Police to act on this trend.

not likely, i had to undertake a marked police car doing 10 km's under on the freeway over the weekend..

Right lane hogging and doing 10/20 under the limit... This shits me to absolute fucking tears. I don't usually tailgate but I will to these fuckers until they get the message through their thick skulls.. If you want to drive slow then fine but unless you're about to turn right then fuck off out of the right hand lane!!!
I've driven in a few different countries/cities and it's only perth drivers that do this.

Perth drivers have a lot of unique qualities. The inability to merge for example.

They also can't park, go round corners above 20km/h, stop at red lights, understand the fact that you can't stop in the middle of the fucking road or use common sense in general.
