The issue is with the Fremantle Area, and Telstra know about it. Apparently it started on the 17th of June and has no current ETA for resolution. Gutted I didn't stockpile any decent Porn.

No Dialtone on phone also? Is it a Major Service Disruption affecting several customers (Exempt from CSG) ?

I knew a customer back in the day when I worked @ iiNet that got paid out close to 3k from downtime on their phone service

Just to clarify & fyi.. CSG only covers Fixed Line Telephone Services. Your Internet being out does not constitute reimbursement.

Apparently it's a vodafail screw up ( surprise surprise ) that's knocking every vodafail customer out periodically. One minute it works, next it doesn't. "Their engineers are working on it"
