Also. Assuming the insurance policies are all up to date. Its probably the best thing that can happen to a territory.
Picking her up from the quack shortly, not taking any chances with neck & back. The company supplying the loan vehicle already asked us if we want an injury settlement laywer....

The territory(diesel) is actually a great family bus so fark you bro!!

I try my best to get the fuck out of dodge if a semi ends up behind me.
Yeah it was usual stop start peak hour traffic, he must have been distracted by his own eyelids or something, then boom.

I actually heard the accident as she was talking to me on the hands free bluetooth thingy at the time, was scary shit.

It'll be a while down the track Nic, but when the insurance commission sends you a letter to close the claim, keep it open. They'll offer you a few hundred dollars to cover "future treatments" and ask you to close it. Keep it open, keep going to physio regularly and a few months down the track their offer of a few hundred dollars will end up being a couple of grand. I had someone run a red light on me 14 years ago and I t-boned them. They were very quick to try closing the claim but my neck and shoulders were stiff for months. Ended up getting over 2.5k in compensation after they offered me $300 to close it initially.

Happened to me about 6 years ago.... Truck driver failing to stop and not giving a fuck about what damage he caused. I remember putting on here under the things that she me and a whole bunch of p wrxers jumped to the truckers defence. Sorry but I'm on the road 7 - 9 hours a day and see a lot of truck drivers doing what they like, speeding, changing lanes without looking and just generally being cocks all because they're bigger then everyone else. They really need to pull their heads out of their asses. Hope ya missus ends up ok. After my rear ender I still get neck troubles to this day.

From memory you have 3 years to finalise & close the claim.
As mentioned above, regular visits and documentation will be essential.

2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STI S Cars for sale in VIC - Carsales Mobile

This guy hasn't seen Tino's sti up for sale before with 10 times the work and quality parts with 50.000 kms on the chassis for the same amount. Lol

Surely you'd put a realistic price not a crack pipe price with that many kms on the chassis.
My brother wanted to sell his 06 Sti previously for $25k if it were running with more work than that car because that's all he could get with mileage it had etc.
