Get a can of black paint and spray the whole damn thing black. Go for the sleeper look. Do the same to the pipes in the engine bay.

use some proper automotive paint in a can. Coventrys has them. Much more expensive though. Ive used it on my car over a year ago and even now the paint looks perfect.
