Default Head unit install with brent

Hey guys, I have just bought a head unit from JB Hi-Fi 2day and gonna get it installed by them next Tuesday. There is an issue that had been troubling me from the drive home.

Because I have brant in my bug eye and the installed will probably disconnect the battery during the install so I was thinking that it might screw up the alarm when he reconnects the battery.

I would just like to ask what is the right way to install it without screwing up the brant so I can remind the installer? Btw I was told that I have an upgraded brent from subaru when mine fail and they updated it for me.

Cheers

Yeh I disconnected it installed everything and then connected it and started like normal. I'm pretty sure it have me like 5 starts without using my pin code to start it (so you can give it to someone to work on and not give them your code). It would flash 5 on the pad and start. Then the next time it would flash 4 then 3 etc. so you knew how many starts were left. I'm pretty sure once I put my code in it went to normal or I had to start it 5 times I cant remember.
